The Honourable Minister of State for Works, Rt. Hon. Bello Muhammad Goronyo, has extended warm Christmas greetings to journalists covering the Federal Ministry of Works, praising their professionalism and dedication.

Goronyo highlighted the essential role of the media in keeping Nigerians informed about developments in the nation’s works and infrastructure sector. He noted that accurate and responsible reporting strengthens public understanding of government policies, programmes, and achievements.

“The media remains a key partner in fostering transparency, accountability, and trust in governance,” the minister said, adding that timely and balanced reporting allows citizens to better appreciate the Ministry’s mandate and its contributions to national development.

He also sent heartfelt wishes to journalists and their families, hoping the festive season brings peace, good health, and joy. Goronyo expressed optimism that the coming year would bring even greater professional accomplishments for members of the press.
