The Ag Chairman, Director, Universal Basic Education Board UBEB, Federal Capital Territory, Dr Hassan Sule says the demise of the late Maigari of Lokoja, Alhaji Mohammed Kabir Maikarfi III was a national tragedy.
The Educationist bare his mind during a condolence visit to the family of the late monarch in Lokoja on Thursday, 29th September, 2022.
He described the three decades reign of the late Royal father was laced with unity, peaceful coexistence, harmony not only to Kogi state, but the North- Central and Nigeria at large.
Dr Hassan Sule says the loss was for the entire country, neighborhoods and visitors, saying he displayed rare traditional leadership qualities while on earth.
He prayed for the repose of the soul of the late monarch ,while soliciting for more prayers to the family he left behind.
Dr Hassan Sule also prayed that Almighty Allah will forgive him his shortcomings, and reward him with his good deeds.
