Children have been enjoined to take their education with all seriousness as it is the assured ticket for their future and success in life.
Wife of Niger state Governor and founder Raise Foundation Doctor Amina Abubakar Bello made this known while felicitating with Nigerian Children as they observe this year’s Children day.
The wife of the State Governor charged them to justify their parents expenses in their education as that is the only reliable legacy that would be bequeathed them.
Doctor Amina Abubakar,then appealed to parents not to relent in their efforts to inculcate sound morals, discipline aimed at moulding them to become self reliant, responsible citizens and future leaders.
She also used the opportunity to call on politicians and political office holders to desist from using youths for their selfish interests as thugs during their politicking,but to explore avenues to empowering them to be self reliant.
Doctor Amina Abubakar assured that she would continue to strive on her part to assist in empowering the girl child to excel and be productive citizens by complimenting government in providing requisite health care through the foundation.
Doctor Amina Abubakar while commending the state government for her continued efforts to provide quality education to the children within available resources,charged them to redouble efforts to providing security to enable the children to pursue their education without fear or distraction.
