Rt Honourable Tajudeen Yusuf is a household name in Kogi politics, by extension a member representing Kabba/Bunu Federal Constituency at the green chamber.
Consecutively he had returned to the house seamlessly for his commitment, party loyalty, provision of dividends of democracy to the people of his constituency.
Yusuf, a highly influential member of the green chamber had engaged in series of assignments boardering on party assignments both at the state, federal level for many decades.
He combined his wealth of political experience, activitism, loyalty, honesty and dedication to the People’s Democratic Party PDP as a platform were he had realized his political ambition overtime.
His unbeatable tendencies for more than three consecutive times with tense opposition of the ruling party, showed the general acceptability of Rt Honourable Tajudeen Yusuf in his political sojourn and career.
Down to earth, assessible and accessible, he had made significant contributions to the development of his constituency and constituents in all areas of developement from sports, to education, health, infrastructure, provision of water and electricity transformers to the people of his constituency.
TJ as he is popularly called, organised not only sporting activities but holiday studies(extramural classes) for secondary schools, along with payments of examination fees of all kinds as succour to the people of his area.
On many occasions, Rt Honourable Yusuf had acted as a voice of the okun people both at the state and federal level without fear or restraint to the consternation of his people.
The patriotic stance and party loyalty to the main opposition party PDP both at the state and federal level he had indulged without restrictions.
T.J. remained steadfast at the peak of all series of pressures and temptations as well as gale of defection in his constituency to move to the ruling party, APC , which he bluntly turned down.
The huge sacrifices along with other commitments to party loyalty,along with natural rotation template, the time has come for the people of Kabba Bunu to produce the next Senator from kogi west.
With Lokoja Kogi federal Constituency having done their bit, including IJumu federal Constituency ceded for by Yagba Federal Constituency in the current order, the rotational order is now the turn of Kabba federal Constituency with Rt Honourable T.J. Yusuf as the man positioned for the saddle.
T.J.is tested and trusted and can deliver the mandate and promises to the entire Kogi west without hitches, it behoves on the people of the senatorial district to compensate/ rally round Rt Honourable Tajudeen Yusuf as the next Senator representing Kogi west senatorial district in 2023.
