A former GOVERNORSHIP Aspirant in the 2019 under the platform of PDP, has declared that after due consultations with stakeholders, supporters most especially the youth, has accepted to aspire for the position of HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES TO REPRESENT THE GOOD PEOPLE OF ANKPA, OLAMABORO & OMALA IN 2023 ELECTIONS.
According to him, the decision is to strengthen internal democracy of the Party, provide a purposeful campaign and electioneering process from Primaries to election effectively. The decision is also aimed at raising a strong candidate for elections knowing that PDP is in opposition in Kogi State.
He concluded that stepping down his ambition from Governorship is aimed at building a strong force for our party because he takes elective offices as services to the people and NOT for personal aggrandisement.
House of Representatives is a good avenue TO GIVE THE GOOD PEOPLE OF ANKPA FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY an effective, qualitative and quantitative service delivery with great competency in modern management strategy to multi-task for the well-being of his people ( ANKPA, OLAMABORO AND OMALA)

DR. JOSEPH ERICO.AMEH is from Etutekpe-Okpo, in Olamaboro Local Government Area of Kogi State.
He had his primary education at the First Division Artillery Army Children School, Kaduna, before proceeding to Ogugu Community Secondary School, Ogugu, Olamaboro where obtained his WASC certificate.
At the Tertiary level, he obtained many degree certificates,amongst which are :-
Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal and Criminology Studies
Bachelor’s Degree in Administration and Political Science
Master’s Degree in Liberal and Criminology Studies (2009)
Doctor of Philosophy in Liberal and Criminology Studies (2013) both from the AMERICAN Trinity College, Seychelles.
Dr. Joseph E.Ameh a security expert has a security organization with over 9,000 strong workforce known all over the country. He also export his knowledge, expertise and experiences outside the shores of Nigeria as Security Constraint.
As a politician, his philosophy is that of Service and empowerment. He embraces the philosophy of politics without bitterness.

Chief (Dr.) Joseph Erico Ameh, a great philantrophist is an outstanding Igala son who holds the revered Chieftaincy Title of. Olimene Ejeh (Doga), conferred on him by the Ejeh of Olamaboro in 2014.
