In a dramatic turn of events at the kogi state Election Tribunal sitting in Abuja, ODODO Lawyers closed their defense leaving some vital evidence submitted by the petitioners Alh. Muritala Ajaka and the SDP.
They resulted to bring a purported CBN Representative which didn’t come with ID card and was objected by the petitioner’s solicitors. The said Witness rather DUMPED DOCUMENTS ON THE TRIBUNAL WITHOUT IDENTITY CARD after the petitioners presented their remittance receipt as payment evidence.
From the remittance receipt, the payment was made on the 1st of December, 2023 and the case was filed, received and stamped on the 2nd of December, 2023.
