The Federal High Court in Abuja has restrained Kogi Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, security agencies from further harrassing, detaining and threatening Alhaji Yakubu Ajaka, SDP candidate in Kogi .
The court further ruled and compelled the security agencies to immediately provide maximum security for the candidate in Abuja, Kogi and across the country.
The interim order was pronounced on Thursday, 13th , July, 2023.
