Ex-Kogi Governor, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris has advised PDP leaders in Omala local government to endeavour to adopt inclusiveness and collective bargaining in the pursuance of the new order of consensus.

He made the clarification when he played host to party leaders, stakeholders and the consensus candidate of PDP from the council .

He cautioned on the need to approach the new order of consensus building initiatives and modify it to suit our peculiarity as a State in opposition so as to have everyone on board to make victories seamless.

He stressed the need to form a common front, solidify relationship among party members and gladiators, so as as to form a formidable fronts preparatory to 2023 general elections.

The former Govenor commended the party leaders in Omala local government for setting the pace of history, through a hitch free, rancour free consensus building initiatives, urging other local government areas to toe the good practice, so as to reduce post party primary imbroglio.

On the entourage of the party’s stakeholders was PDP Asst. State Organising Secretary, Women leader, the party’s consensus candidate amongst others, all geared towards victories in the forthcoming house of assembly elections for Omala Constituency.
