Ramadan Kareem: Rep. Halims Demands In-depth Prayers From Muslims.

The member representing Ankpa/Omala/Olamaboro Federal Constituency and Chairman, House Committee on Steel Development, Rep. Abdullahi Ibrahim Halims has urged Ankpa Federal constituents, especially Muslims, to use the Holy month of Ramadan in prayers for the country, particularly Ankpa Federal Constituency.

The House of Representatives member asked them to use the holy month to pray to Almighty Allah for an end to the lingering nation’s security challenges and a return to normalcy in the country, the world at large.

In a message congratulationto Muslims for successfully ushering in the Holy month of Ramadan peacefully, he reminded everyone that many who wished to witness the holy month with us, but God never willed it for them, noting that being part of those who have witnessed this year’s Ramadan, we glorify God in no little measure and also pray he sustains our lives to see the end of it and beyond.

He however urged the Muslims to use the period for sober reflections and to get closer to their maker at all times.

He said the Holy month of Ramadan comes with tons of lessons that if all Muslims would replicate the same for the rest of their lives, our society will be better for it.

Rt Hon. Halims enjoined Muslimsto be their brothers’ keepers, including non-Muslims among them, noting that there is no better news than peaceful co-existence among all citizens.

“As we all ushered in the Holy month of Ramadan, I pray that Almighty Allah will enable us to see the end of the month in peace and accept all the acts of Ibadah to be offered during the month,” Rep. Halims said.
