We Need More Supports From Dekina Old Boys Association, DOBA; Principal Government Science Secondary School,Dekina Appeals To Alumni.

The Principal, Government Science Secondary School Dekina in Kogi state,Mr Onalo Abimaje Mathew has urged the old students of Dekina Old Boys Association DOBA to emulate the good virtues and philantrophic tendencies of the Director General, National Productivity Centre NPC,Dr Kashim Akor on the donation of new sets of computers to the school.

The Principal made this observation while receiving ten nos of new desktops and printers presented to the Institution by the National Productivity Centre NPC,Abuja.

He said the intervention will go along away to expose not only the staffs students of the college to computer literacy,but the school can be designated as additional JAMB centre in the state.

The school head stated that the high quality products of HP will go along way to serve the school of all modest and current knowledge across the globe.

The Principal of the college used the opportunity to appeal to other DOBA’s to contribute their own quota in all areas of developement in the college.

The college according to the principal required a well equiped school clinic,a functional school bus, electricity within the school compound to protect the laboratory equipment of the Institution.

He hailed the intervention of NPC,as this will open up a vista of online learning in the school .

Okechukwu Chukwuemeka,thanked the Director General National Productivity Centre NPC,Dr Kashim Akor for remembering his alma mats,saying the prayers of the entire students will be with him.

Earlier,during the presentation,the contractor warned on the need to secure the computer items and not to expose the equipment to criminals and vandals.
